What do you like best?

I do like Kaspersky, and it's a technique to catch viruses; it has lots of features like the host intrusion prevention system and also the behavior analysis that is made especially for ransomware and signatureless viruses, it can handle it pretty well, and now with adding EDR to it as EDR optimum it's making it more advanced for catching the viruses and securing the network and the work environment

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say I like how it consumes from the computer resources and how it's making it heavy for the users to do their work, when we do a scan or when we do any task it takes a lot from the resources, but other than that it's working really well

Recommendations to others considering the product:

it would help if you upgraded to EDR optimum, and when you do see the configuration and set it well depending on your pc resources

now securing the environment and even if my customers are working from home the are safe and working well
