What do you like best?
I like how streamlined the system is and how user friendly it is.

I don't really dislike anything, of course I don't get to see the full spectrum of its effects and benefits.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
That would be a question for my higher ups. My speculative answer would be communication during emergencies.
