What do you like best?
The ability to change file transfer protocols with much work. Hubbub sets up several protocols when you create a new trading partner relationship. This allows you to shift from AS2 to sFTP seamlessly.
What do you dislike?
I believe that the option of searching data transferred can sometimes be confusing. The screen seems too cluttered and can be frustrating.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Hubbub for a connection with one of our top trading partners. Over the last year we have gone through 2 situation where production was down. Hubbub was great at communicating with the affected customers and fixed the issue very quickly.
