Central Reach Review

What do you like best?

Central Reach is organized. Tabs are labeled with icons so it is easier to navigate. I also like how it is convenient: we can log patients' programs directly online.

What do you dislike?

Some clients have a lot of programs. When converting, it takes a while to convert. For example, if a client has 60 programs or targets to go over. It takes around 3-5 minutes to load before submitting note. Furthermore, towards the end of the session all the targets I logged for my client got deleted. This rarely happens to me. I was quite surprised. I had to start over and run the programs once more with my client the last hour I had left.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Overall, Central Reach is a great server that incorporates most things you want in a company. Our company is expanding and Central Reach is an asset.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I would like Central Reach to be quicker. Before, we used to have programs on paper. Now everything is electronic which is convenient.
