What do you like best?
What's not to like about a software the provides access to eliminating many human errors that occur accidentally in the medical field when it comes to chatting. Although this is something we are educated to focus on with precise attention to detail, accidents do happen. Now that we live in a technological age, we are seeing more and more opportunities for improving our lives as well as the lives of our patients. This software is incredibly easy to learn and train employees to use. I highly recommended it for those who do not have a charting component integrated into their software already.
What do you dislike?
This software has very few aspects to it that I dislike. It runs well, with minimal crashes, and can hold a large amount of patient data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Problems that are getting solved are as mentioned above, human error is likely to be eliminated if not drastically cut down, due to inputting the data into the software instead of charting by hand.
