Extremely helpful team and product!
What do you like best?
The Nomad team has been wonderful to work with; they answer all of our questions in a timely way and are willing to listen and problem solve so Nomad works to our specific needs. The product itself has cut out a lot of time in our wholesale process and it has made that process more efficient. It's also extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike?
There are some features we have added as custom additions that I was surprised were not already built into the base program; luckily we have been able to get what we need. I hope to see more sales related tools implemented in the future so we can continue to learn about our business and offer as much to our customers as possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The easy flow of orders from Nomad into our internal system has been a huge time saver for our online wholesale business. We have increased our efficiency significantly. Nomad also allows us to easily update our information to our specifications where our last program was difficult to use.
