What do you like best?

It's very easy to set up upsells and bump offers. They also offer extraordinarily good training courses to teach you how to implement both.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that has slightly slowed me up is that there doesn't seem to be a way to integrate my customer tags with my email autoresponder. So if a customer adds an upsell to their order in SamCart, that new customer info doesn't get sent on to my Aweber list. But there may be a Zapier workaround that I haven't figured out yet...

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For me, even as a small business owner, the investment in SamCart has paid for itself twice over within one month of adding it to my site. The ability to add upsells and bump offers and then track those conversions has changed everything. I've only just recently transitioned from a touring musician to an online guitar teacher due to covid, but the future is looking bright, due in no small part to SamCart.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've realized that one-page funnels are the way to go when selling online and that's what SamCart does best.
