Advanced user of RFM CalcI've always wanted to get more reporting insight from our WooCommerce site but had no way to access metrics like lifetime value, new versus returning customers etc. But with rfmcalc I can and the monthly price is very cheap too.
We already had a CSV order export module on WooCommerce which we need to export the orders for other systems, but it can take a little bit of time to export the data read to upload to rfmcalc.
One of the most important metrics was seeing the average time between orders; this has allowed us to schedule our automatic follow up email campaigns at the correct time.
