What do you like best?

There are a range of tools I really like in draw plus. The best for myself is the pen tool. This allows you to create Bezier curves. You are able to change how you want the curves, straight, curved or automatic. This allows me to create cartoon style drawings with ease. The really useful thing about the pen tool is that you can join the shape up and it allows you to fill it in. The colour pallettes within this software have different categories. You can choose specific tones of a colour, a theme or a gradient style. Furthermore, you can add textures and styles to your fills.

What do you dislike?

It is only specifically a drawing package. If you insert images within here it does not let you alter them as you would expect in an overall graphic design package. Adding text can also be difficult. Once you have added it, it can be really hard to manipulate and edit. Furthermore, there are 2 types of text tools the artistic text tol and a frame text. However, it is automatically set to artistic text which makes sub par styled text. The cutout studio allows you to cut out images and create transparent backgrounds, however it descreases the quality of the image.

I would recommend you look at some YouTube videos so you can fully get the most out of this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to create some amazing 2D cartoon designs. I am then able to conver these images into animation within the same package! I am able to create stop frame and keyframe animations.
