Wasted Money

What do you like best?

It was flexible, it allowed me to integrate with my website (if it worked).

What do you dislike?

Appmachine ran me several hundred dollars and over 40 hours of work... what did it accomplish? Nothing. They decided to stop submitting apps. They also said my terms of service allowed them to not give me a refund. So basically they advertised an app that wasn't an app at all. I threw a month of saving money and a couple months of work, trying to figure out how to program the app, down the toilet. I message them about it, no empathy, they just refer to their TOS and give me a link to cancel. In the end they run off richer and not having to work for any of it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be careful. Even as they advertise one way, they can switch it half way through your contract. If you're unhappy, they're already off the hook with their Terms of Service. You're stuck with a bad company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The big problem is that they decided to change their model without permission. I bought the service because they advertised it differently, and then they switched it up. Then they don't even consider a partial refund because of their cleverly worded terms of service. Very disappointed.
