Love working with Flipcause!!
What do you like best?
I've been really happy with the level of service they provide. When I reach out with questions, or to ask my Concierge to assist with a project, they always respond quickly. Now that I have learned my way around the interface, it's pretty quick for me to set up a new campaign. It seems like interactions have been problem-free for our donors and registrants. And I love how easy it is for them to choose to cover our processing fees - the amount we've saved on that front means that Flipcause pretty much pays for itself!
What do you dislike?
My main issue is that there's only so much flexibility and personalization allowed - in some cases, we've had to get creative to make the program serve our needs, and sometimes we have to add "instructions" so that our registrants understand how to go through the registration process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The costs are quite reasonable, compared to other products out there.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's great to have all our financial transactions in one location. We've saved a lot of money on processing fees. Setting up registrations for our classes and events has become easier. And as we grow, the way we use Flipcause is very scalable - we've only just begun to tap its potential.
