What do you like best?
As a deplorable use of technology, even I understood how to use the database. I find the online support videos and support team to be very responsive and understandable. I also feel we get a great deal more than what we pay each quarter. You can even talk to a live person! The use of their database audit feature has been a tremendous help to my staff at the Agency. We found out many problems that we were creating, and we received instructions on corrective action and how to use the database more efficiently. It has been a real easy transition from our old database to Bloomerang. And, my staff is happy!
What do you dislike?
Nothing. I have sent some ideas that I hope they will incorporate into the database eventually that will aid our outreach to constituents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better stewardship of our donors. More touches with our donors—better reports to use as management tools in our development department.
