What do you like best?

I love that all the information I need on prospects is in one location. It is extremely helpful to have donor discovery that pulls all of the donation history on the prospect.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that documents have to be uploaded and there is not a spot to put links besides social media. Another issue my school has is that the donation history is incorrect versus the prospects true donation history. It does not have updated results sometimes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendation would be to definitely consider using Reeher if you are in high education. It is a great place to find prospect information. We were also able to integrate our Schools banner program with it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to have a cohesive space for all information on prospects. It tells us donor engagement, real estate, giving history, etc. on prospects. Then it allows us to look at reports for the major gift officers. It truly has it all in one place.
