Advanced user of MagneticMagenetic has a top-notch group of account reps and resources working for them. They're resourceful, and ensure you're up to date on performance by way of frequent calls and reports. Rarely do I have a problem that goes unresolved for any significant amount of time, and often times, any features or suggestions made are implemented.
While we don't use their full product offering, it's nice to have the ability to bundle all retargeting, display advertising, and on-site/email product recommendations with one vendor.
Magentic's tool is more full-service than some of it's competitors. Therefore, if you're the type of person who like to constantly change algorithms and settings, that's harder to accomplish than with some of the competition. Additionally, Magentic is a bit more expensive than some other solutions, but they claim they also offer better results.
We've used Magnetic for both on-site product recommendations, as well as personalized email outreach. Both of these solutions have gone a long way towards increasing cart values, and the personalized emails have a great interaction rate.
