What do you like best?

Tutorials are relatively easy to manage and rummage through, and if you have any familiarity with ArcGIS then it should be easy to implement.

What do you dislike?

Attempting to make maps from scratch is difficult and time consuming. Easier to scrap entire projects and restart than it is to attempt to fix the problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easier to find troubleshooting help online from forums than from the software itself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving mapping issues and updating maps on file. The benefit is that if the previous maps on record are from years earlier, the resolution is often much greater on updated maps.
