Foxomy

What do you like best?

Everything was tremendously better when I moved to Foxomy, including support and quality. I initially thought it was a pricing error when I quoted them for a dedicated server because it was ridiculously low. They were not kidding when the cost was lower than the amount of memory in their dedicated server. I had to ask three times to make sure this wasn't an error. I was also concerned that they were using an Intel Core i9 consumer CPUs instead of Intel Xeons server grade CPUs, but I soon learned that an i9 was faster for my needs.

Their team is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They went even as far as helping me install and setting up SolarWinds and many other applications for my server for free. They were always respectful and kind to me even in times when I may have annoyed them with basic questions. It was extremely enjoyable working with this company. I have so much to love and say about them. Words can not fully express my feelings for them. I was treated like family, not a customer.

What do you dislike?

If anything, they've spoiled me. I have never experienced anything better than Foxomy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before Foxomy, I was paying hundreds of dollars on our old provider, which did not have the best hardware or network. Now with Foxomy, I'm paying one third of the price for a better server and service. Thanks to their premium network and latest hardware, load times have significantly decreased. Everyone in our company was happy with the decision to switch over to Foxomy. We saved both money and time for an unparalleled solution.
