Redsmin

What do you like best?

The best part of Redsmin is that it's browser based. I can go ahead and access it from anywhere at any time, so long as my redis server is running (which it's great to be able to determine that it's NOT). It has an easy to use interface and so long as you are running only one redis server, it's perfect.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the pricing tiers as far as how many redis servers I can have connected at one time. My company has one redis server in production, but we also have one in development, and if someone is reviewing production data then someone else can't login and swap out the configuration to work on our development instance.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For anyone not working in Linux, which has free GUI tools for working with redis, Redsmin is without a doubt the best tool we have found.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Redsmin gave us a way to view everything in our redis server without having to run multiple console queries, figure out what was available, pull it up, etc. Redsmin just works and displays data in a familiar way almost like viewing data in a database, like PHPMyAdmin for example.
