StorageCraft Cloud Services is a simple add-on to their superior backup software

What do you like best?

What I like best about StorageCraft Cloud Services is the simple integration with their existing backup application - ShadowProtect SPX and image management software - ImageManager. It's very simple to enable your existing backups for cloud replication. You don't have to provision space, create VPN tunnels, etc. Just create the account in the portal and create the replication job in ImageManager.

What do you dislike?

My only issue with StorageCraft Cloud Services is the replication hiccups that occur from time to time. Often the culprit is the client's spotty internet connection, but the replication job status reports "failed" to the central management console even when the job resume replication on it's own. From time to time, StorageCraft Cloud had bandwidth issues but that is rare.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted an image level backup to cloud DR solution that was simple to roll out and easy to monitor all of our clients from a single pane of glass. StorageCraft Cloud delivers.
