Advanced user of Wipro HolmesThey use Arago AI, which is a good AI orchestration platform. Also, they have a wide suite of user interaction methods , including ChatOps. Other then that nothing much actually.
1: lack of good intergration among components . Holmes is mostly a bundle of poorly integrated open source tools
2: No single pane of glass for reporting. Various scheduled ETL jobs, no central data or log aggregation
3: Not built to scale. Since it has so many moving pieces held together with duct tape , it just does not scale .
We are attempting to use it for intelligent orchestration and ChatOps . Still in initial implementation phases. It does not look promising.
