Falconstor is still a good product to use for protection and migration

What do you like best?

It's fast compare to other product, allows to mirror and replicate in block level.

What do you dislike?

lacking cutting-edge support. For example, the NSSVA and CDPVA are not supported in Hyper-V, whereas there's a new version FMSVA that requires more steps in terms of setup.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the classical NSS/CDP if you need just base functionality, such as Timemark, Mirror, Replication...if you need the web and cloud version, try out FMS

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to do outband data mirror(Window Disksafe, Linux LVM, etc...) and then replicate to a remote site
