Bitminter began as an idea for a more user-friendly graphical bitcoin mining client. At the time mining software used a command line interface and most people don’t even know what that is. Geir began work on this in March 2011 but later decided to build a complete mining pool.

Advanced user of BitminterIt is different from other pools and miners as it makes bitcoin mining easy. It is highly user friendly; even a user without much of technical knowledge can easily use this miner and can mine bitcoins with ease. BitMinter is available for Windows, Mac OS and even Linux which makes it accessible.
Bitcoin Mining is no longer an easy task due to the hardware requirement, complexity and reduction in rewards. However there was a time wherein people used to mine huge no. of bitcoins with minimal hardware configuration using bitcoin mining pool like BitMinter which used to help people mine bitcoins with ease.
BitMinter makes ease of re-compensation much easier.
