Advanced user of FlashtalkingThe price is really good and the software incredibily easy to use. The UI is easy to understand and navigate through. Even if you don't know the software, it is quite intuitive to search and find the menu/settings you are searching for.
The only real trade-off is the reporting system. It can be difficult to export reports especially if you want to customize them.
Flashtalking has pricing plans suited for small and bigger customers. But sometimes it can be hard to get in contact with customer service.
