The only way to manage your business
What do you like best?
I like that I can have access to all the elements I require as a business. Sales, marketing and service. With most of our team working remotely, being able to see what we are doing, the latest status of our events and what communications are going out gives us a competitive advantage in keeping us lean.
What do you dislike?
The least favourite part is the mailings editor, the tool itself is VERY powerful for actioning tasks within the CRM, but lets itself down with the old content manager. I have been assured that a new more modern drag and drop editor is on its way, so for me this would make it near perfect!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use SuperOffice for all aspects of our business, managing sales pipeline, providing us a place or event management in the projects area and handling incoming enquiries in the service module. We even managed to use the app store to link Eventbrite to SuperOffice for attendee registration and data capture!
