What do you like best?

VERY EASY TO USE

FEATURES ARE EXPLAINED VERY CLEARLY AND UI IS EXCELLENT

A LOT OF PLUGIN FEATURES WHERE AVAILABLE

CAN FILTER OUT DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE DAILY CALL TIME, CONNECTED CALLS, DAILY ACTIVITIES, TASK MANAGEMENT, LEAD STAGE CHANGE, SHARE AND RECEIVE LEDS WITH OTHERS, LEAD FILTER, ADVANCED SEARCH, SMART VIEWS ETC

What do you dislike?

CHATBOX IS AVAILABLE BUT RESPONSE TIME IS SOMETIMES VERY POOR EVEN IF THEY RESPOND

THEY WILL NOT SOLVE THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.

IT TAKE SOME TIME TO FAMILIARIZE WITH UI AND ADVANCED SEARCH
