What do you like best?

I like that SAP can be used for so many different applications. There is a way to pull almost any type of report that you need and then use it in excel and manipulate it any way you want. I currently use it to look at our invoices being paid and it is very useful.

What do you dislike?

I dont like that it is not aesthetically pleasing at all or very user friendly. It is very difficult to understand how to navigate it. There is also almost too much information available at once. It would be nicer if things were grouped more instead of just having a data dump of all the information staring at you at once.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to insert invoices and pay our vendors. It helps make sure everything is correct and we are not paying incorrect amounts
