Best for CRM Application

What do you like best?

It is best for customer relationship Management Email Marketing where we can track the email , Document Storage, Task Management and Calendar / Reminder System. It covers entire process from the campagin , lead process where it is simple to use this software. Since we are in the sales team so this CRM Application is very uself and Email Marketing is very helpful. We was using HUBSPOT where call recording , Email Tracking , Lead status , Life cycle stage like this there were lots of feature which was very useful for us . Same like SP CRM Application is also have same features of Hubspot.

What do you dislike?

There is no dislike in this application since this software is very useful for the business concern to achieve their target and increase their profit. We use this software mainly for Email Marketing and Lead process

I will recommend the other business concern to try this software since the features is good and cost efficient

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This software consists of lost benefit like Email Marketing where we can track the mail , Document storage can be done, Internal Chat integration , Calender / Reminder is available, Task Management - Where you can create a task and followup the task
