Advanced user of Zendesk SunshineThis platform has enchanted me very much really helps me to have a better communication with my customers and users when they need it without really having any inconvenience and without having to pay a million dollars for a platform that offers me practically the same this platform has been great.
I dislike there is nothing in particular I think it is a platform that is still in development and this every day continues to implement new things to improve the experience of its users at the time of use but as I mentioned is a platform that is still in development I think I still have not given its full potential and I really think it is on the right path to success and can achieve many more things that improve the user experience.
