What do you like best?
For us it is a totally new system which has provided very obvious solutions, amplifying marketing through crm, capturing potential users.
It is a very advanced system for us that has managed to increase new traffic, in turn, amplify and automate sales and make it much easier for the user and for us, we are happy because each feature or tool they offer us is very similar to others, however it is characterized by partnering with other collaborative tools much faster and boosting its service.
What do you dislike?
Personally, the system has not had a negative point because the tools work and connect very well with the company, however, I believe that the interface should improve although it is somewhat obsolete, it is necessary to offer constant service updates to innovate although it does not affect the functionality of the system is necessary to offer new ideas.
