An Alternative CRM for Start-Ups
What do you like best?
Easy to handle and easy to understand, not like Salesforce, which requires Training before working on it.
Overall good for the Startups as they need something which doesn't require much of their focus on CRM in initial times.Its a very reliable product,and i love the way it is created keeping end users in mind,and really makes the life easier.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at this point; it's an excellent product and needs more recommendation to get it on the top list.
It looked a bit noisy, but now it's perfect as they have updated all the aspects I didn't like earlier, and yes, only one recommendation at this point that developers can add more functionality to enhance productivity.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
working on excel and CRM at the same time can be too difficult sometimes, and chances of mistakes are improbable, and that is a great thing when you are working on a tight schedule, but exporting bulk data and maintaining it is way too easier with Central Station CRM
