What do you like best?

What is most useful about the LexisNexis Community Crime map is that is it free to use for anyone who has access to the internet. It's a very accurate system that is very useful for a variety of tasks both personal and professional. I've used it for studies and just to get crime rates around my residential neighborhood.

What do you dislike?

It's a little slow and takes a while to upload the different levels of data.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a lot easier to use on a desktop computer with WiFi access— the maps and data download quicker.
