Advanced user of SolverSolver Academy, the support and the Data Warehouse. The Live Reporting tool is awesome being able to connect to an ERP System as well as load in excel files. The Report Designer is similar to excel and utilizing pivot tables to be able to slice and dice information.
No current dislikes. As a company, we are continuing to learn the capabilities of Solver and what we can do with the tool to get better reports and information.
Understand what you are trying to achieve and expect from the system in terms of reporting and where the inputs are coming from to get out of the gate rolling. Also, get training and utilize Solver Academy to understand the various possibilities of what Solver can offer.
We are able to get real-time information and that within itself is a benefit as the information is sent daily and updated so real-time business decisions can be made.
