What do you like best?
What is a fantastic looking and functional site, if you encounter problems and nobody is there to help. The customer success managers are flexible and are always able to problem solve. Ease of use is a great point. Control over users is something that we love, where we are able to see statistics and progress of each enrolled student.
It is also fully personizable.
However, one of the best points is that it is an open platform , therefore upgrades and new content is continuously being added.
What do you dislike?
Tahoe doesn't have many negative points. I wanted a company that could completely mimin the edx website, however that is impossible, they still have some minor issues, but they are heading in the right direction, and fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a fantastic platform, easy to use and as the administrator, I have full control over all the students answers and results.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our company is now able to set a standard across the board with our technical service engineers.We are seeing who is really pulling their weight in our company and who is not.
