Advanced user of AscentisAscentis provides amazing user support, is very easy to customize, and is very user-friendly! You can email the support team (if you don't want to go directly to your CSR) and I have always received quick/courteous service. They really care about their product and help you to make it your own....
There really isn't much to dislike about the product or the customer service behind it. I would say that reporting can be a bit confusing to me (hard to figure out, until you work with it a bit), but other than that, I really don't have any complaints.
I would 100% recommend Ascentis to anyone who is considering this system!
We are able to get any information needed within minutes .... everything you need to know about your employees, time reporting, pay, recruiting - it's all easily accessible and you can now get information from the mobile app as well! The benefits of the app are amazing, and not only make things easier from an HR and/or Manager standpoint but for employees too! They have access to time reporting, personal information, paycheck info., etc.!
