They will bring in a client mid-year or in the middle of a quarter and make sure the data is correct and ready for the payroll submission and returns. They handle multiple states without a problem. With COVID and ERTC, there is a lot involved in getting a payroll right but they have provided webinars and online resources to keep everyone informed on legislative changes.
There is nothing I dislike. The Assure Team has always been responsive and informative. The team keeps you involved in the client relationship and works to provide the best solution for the client.
Complex payrolls that normally involve multiple states. Also, some clients want a local contact, not an online provider. The benefit of using Asure is I do not have to deal with payroll problems, and the client is happier.
