What do you dislike?
As soon as you are using some modules of it then it is fine but when you use different modules for business it charges differently for each module and this becomes costly. It is good for mid-sized enterprises. some of its features take a lot of time in working. They require too many clicks. The search engine does not work properly. Sometimes you stuck to one screen and cannot go back.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This platform helped our organization in vendor comparison a lot and we were unable to check on their performance. This platform enables us doing all these activities easily, the learning module is best for our new hired employees. Its talent acquisition cloud module helped in reaching hard to hard find talent and hiring the right people for our organization. The oracle learning always helped in quick response to everyone if we make any changes in our business environment.
