What do you like best?

Cloudflare like more CDNs, makes it easier to reach a global audience with a website that loads as quickly and efficiently as one running locally. The advantage that Cloudflare has over most CDN providers is their global of Points Of Presence in over 200 cities. This makes it easy for your content to reach potential business clients anywhere between 2 to 10 times faster than if you were to host it on one datacentre.

What do you dislike?

While there isn't a lot that you can dislike about it, some limits do exist that could run you into the enterprise plan for about $200 a month. But this is only for a business with advanced needs that can surely foot the bill for the kind of revenue that they might be bringing in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please do not even hesitate if this your first experience with trying to get a CDN work for you. I haven't switched in over 5 years since I've been using this on various projects over these years. Not once have I encountered a problem that was detrimental for business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A global presence is my biggest benefit. It makes it easier to reach a global audience without having to worry about whether customers will navigate away from the site because they are unable to see a page they want in under a second. It also helps to manage costs because, typical CDNs have a higher cost to entry while with Cloudflare CDN, it is easier to scale up as we go.
