What do you like best?

I like the vast selection of writers Zerys has available. Zerys has been around for several years, and the company I work for has been able to build a reliable, quality group of freelance writers we use on a regular basis.

What do you dislike?

You get what you pay for when it comes to the writers. I do not recommend looking for the least expensive writer. It will cost you more in the time it takes to revisit the content yourself.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I believe Zerys has acquired a talented group of writers that are well-versed in a diverse number of topics. Zerys is reliable, and the customer service response if fast, which I greatly appreciate. I do not believe Zerys' interface is as simple as it could be, however.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work for a marketing agency with a variety of clients, from oil and gas to medical practices to non-profits. We require an expert group of writers that can deliver exceptional content at a fast turnaround.
