What do you like best?

I love the service chain relationship displayed between monitored services such as compute, storage, databases, etc.

What do you dislike?

Product lacks the ability to create customized role based permissions within the namespace. I have some groups that need to be scoped to specific monitoring targets but still have the abililty to manage and create policies. They cannot perform specific actions without their roles being elevated to a higher permission that works at a global level and not a scoped level for the target. Unfortunately this allows them to interact with resources across all targets not intended for their scope. The only solution is to utilize seperate instances of the service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are reducing our IaaS OPEX in public cloud by leveraging the AI decisions to right size our workloads. Reducing IT staffing requirements by reducing skills complexity to review and investigate performace metrics data, along with providing the ability to automate and orchestrate the actions.
