What do you like best?

Infrarch Cloud office offers a unique office featured-tool on the cloud. What more can users ask for! Your office on the cloud and available anywhere you go. It is a web-based software as a service tool that offers an online service of creating folders,documents and sharing it across the organization. It is simple, easy to use and features a whole set of office features. Since it is cloud based it has no issues working on any browser. The server is Windows based that is being hosted.

What do you dislike?

We cannot convert the file online. Renaming the file and converting option of text into doc should have been provided just as it is provided in Windows machine. There are no trainings available for this tool, although the document to get started would help to suffice your needs. It doesn't offer mobile platform service as of yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Infrarch Cloud Office does offer a lot of cloud based office features. It can archive and index the documents, it can recover files and it does have version control that saves us from having any backups and we would already have different versions of the files that are getting created. It can improve further but it does provide a 24 hour online support which really helps when you're stuck somewhere.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cloud office is one such place where there are very few competitors that can provide great service. Infrarch Cloud Office is one of those tools that would clearly state it's target to suffice the needs of it's customers. It really solved a lot of on the go service office problems that we are facing on the Windows platform.
