What do you like best?
Online access to every platform I have, whenever, wherever. I am sharing files a well remotely. The sharing/network , connections. The notificationss/updates you will receive once there are updates or new files on the files or folders you are included. The comments and suggestions that are given specifically on the work/file is very helpful and easy to see. You can answer the feedback and also give feedback at the same time. I also like the file forma support that you can upload and share with your team remotely wherever, whenever.
What do you dislike?
The updating of existing files doesn't overwrite the file in existence. The continuation where I left off from Zoho. I hope they would add more support for other file formats, the old ones like swf, cdr and other old files that can be shared. The files you upload can be faster to upload if the connection is stable, I hope they can fix this, the relativeness of uploading with the connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great one, in terms of file sharing, the platform you are using. A product that is easy to use even if you are new to it.

The ease of access from whatever platform I am using. I realized that it needs internet connection everytime you connect.
The sharing of files for our team also has been solved, with the difference of time zones
