What do you like best?

The solution is included as a part of our workstation Trend endpoint solution so putting together a POC was exceptionally easy to turn up. In turn what we found is that the tool is a great addition to our security solutions and is offering an additional layer of email protection (as well as SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams) which we needed to address. Setup and configuration was simple and there is an option to set all policies and just run them in notify only mode and then stagger full rollout over time. As everyone looks to beef up organizational security and add layers of protection, this being included as a part of the workstation product makes it a bit of a no brainer for organizations that don't have exuberant security budgets.

What do you dislike?

Solution is a relatively new contender in this space so their is room for improvement in functionality (flagging of emails, etc) but there is certainly promise in the solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Trend team is one of the best vendors we work with. Receptive and helpful from sales to support. Highly recommend them and been pleased with our partnership.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a solution for email security and we got it with this tool. Not to mention the added benefit of SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams monitoring. It has increased our overall security posture as an organization having this tool in place.
