What do you like best?

I appreciate that it catches emails that may be spam or phishing emails. It is also very easy to release an email that I need to access. No crazy hoops to jump through to get the needed emails.

What do you dislike?

Based on the way it's used at my company, there isn't anything I dislike per-say. On occasion it seems it may cause emails to be delayed but nothing that has caused concern or disrupted productivity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I wish I had advice to give but the only thing I would say is that it has been very helpful in flagging what ended up being phishing emails.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is used to flag senders that may not have been previously authorized by the company. Even though they aren't harmful emails, it gives the recipient a chance to see the sender before releasing the message.
