Since it is cloud-based, all media must go through upload and download process. This can be time-consuming.
I use WeVideo almost daily. I teach video production to 2nd graders with an award-winning book commercial video project, then I extend that with my Video Club for 3rd-5th graders, which has been running for 3 years now. The pandemic has caused WeVideo to spread throughout our faculty ranks, and I have trained our teachers to use WeVideo to record lessons. The screen share feature has helped me create how-to videos to help parents and students troubleshoot tech issues when at home. Finally, I use WeVideo to create social media posts, helping with SEL throughout the pandemic. I could not do my job without WeVideo.
