What do you like best?

Easy to navigate through the website. The interface is clean.

What do you dislike?

We are running a multisite church. There is no option to see all campus information together which makes it difficult to easily run some of the reports we like to manage. We also tried to use the pledge campaign function, but it did not integrate with the people management system we use and would also send out automated emails based on pledges that were inaccurate.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If running a small church, it would be perfect but is difficult to manage multisite information and the amount of donors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's been easy to navigate through and was easy to set up. Once we were using Tithe.ly for a while, we began to realize their systems are not equipped to do what we need them to.
