What do you like best?

two items are the "best" - it's comprehensive solution for congregational management and it's cloud based (because way too many don't do backups well).

What do you dislike?

As with any church management software, be ready for the data entry side (start up). It's going to be a while - even for a small (100 household) congregation. Seriously consider paying for data conversation / set up. But even with paid service, you need to check over all the data to make sure it's correct.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As mentioned, be ready to set time aside for start up & education. Staff who are not computer literate and lay persons who will need certain uses will take a while to get comfortable. No fault of the program, just individual's computer comfort. Depending on the cleanliness of your books it could take a couple of months.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having a unified answer helps reduce human errors. For example, a unified account for John Smith means that his contributions are automatically updated when he moves to his new address. Poor church secretaries are over worked already - any thing you can do to give a level of automation helps them out. Also many churches do not have adequate back up solutions - the cloud nature of this means that you will not loose your membership / donation information in the event of a catastrophic loss.
