Does exactly what its made to do

What do you like best?

Easy to check schedules and set up a customer for service. Easy to navigate and hot buttons on top to quickly get where you need

What do you dislike?

My only complaint is when it logs me out and I have to reenter in my log in credentials.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Its a great tool to manage service history and checking in vehicles. Has a very easy to navigate screens that someone can figure out with little training.
