What do you like best?

The familiarity. It's the very first crm I've ever used so that's basically why I'm so comfortable with it.

What do you dislike?

Outdated, very slow. Easy to use but clunkt feeling for sure. Comfortable, most likely since it's the first crm I've ever used.
