Great product overall

What do you like best?

The quick customer support. I love that I get a response of SOME sort within an hour or so. Things are usually resolved quickly.

What do you dislike?

I wish there were a mobile app. On that note, I hate that there are newsletters and info on the website showing great new features that may or may not ever actually go live.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have tried the other more flashy software and Bluebird is, by far, the easiest to use and learn.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy tracking and reporting that is fairly customizable.
