What do you like best?
My main concern for our distro was how easy it would be for our team to adopt Distru, or any software for that matter, as our go-to solution. The ease of use and support were major factors in our ultimate decision. Simplicity of the software was a major plus when receiving bulk inventory and manufacturing or packaging product, made life much easier for us as early adopters.
What do you dislike?
We had some issues early on while getting familiar with the software but support was always a click or call away to ease our pain. Any issues we had were quickly resolved, no issues lingered longer than a day or two. This is not the first time we've used a cannabis specific software early in its life span, so having support 24/7 along the way was a must and much needed, but these guys delivered no matter what the ask.
