What do you like best?

The workflows enable easy branding and customization across a variety of touchpoints. Our recruiters can also use their work numbers to text with candidates, so they don't have to worry about candidates using their personal number at all hours, and the company gets to keep a record of all exchanges if a recruiter leaves.

What do you dislike?

Getting up to speed can be difficult, especially if you're integrating with Bullhorn. This is more of a problem with Bullhorn than Sense. The Sense team has been great at helping us mitigate this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having this has really improved the data in our system. A lot went into cleaning it up to make our workflows work correctly, and now the entire team is incentivized to keep their data clean. The calendar communications view ensures everyone knows what messages are going out to whom and when.
